In partnership with The Med Station and Branch Real Estate Group, LYNPs VAXapalooza, is an outside pop-up vaccination event to assist neighbors in getting vaccinated,
Sea Cliff—style. Held rain or shine, in the parking lot of Branch Real Estate Group, The Med Station will administer Covid and Flu* vaccinations for all walk-ins, free of charge.
VAXapalooza is a judgement, debate, shame and blame-free event. Open only to those receiving a vaccination and their support system. No matter the reason for waiting or why now is the time, the only requirement is a desire to protect yourself and your community, today.

*Proof of insurance is required. Covid vaccines are free of charge. Flu shots for those uninsured will incur a $25 fee.

1. What is VAXapalooza?

2. Is VAXapalooza a music festival?
Nope! But we're glad we got your attention! While we will have live music, it is just to create a comfortable atmosphere for those getting vaccinated
3. I'm already vaxxed, or not planning on getting vaccinated - can i still attend?
Cheering on a buddy or holding a loved one's hand? Come on in! VAXapalooza, however, is not open to the general public beyond those receiving a vaccination and their support system
4. There seems to be a bias here ...
No biases here – anyone can get vaccinated! We're just making the accessibility that much greater by bringing it hyper-local for those who want it. VAXapalooza is a debate, judgement, shame and blame-free event. You want it? You got it! It's really that simple
5. I don't live in Sea Cliff, Glen Head, or Glenwood Landing but would like to get vaccinated. Can I?
Absolutely! Our goal is to assist as many neighbors as possible so we can do our part to stop the spread
6. Will masks be required?
Masks will be required inside the Vaccination tent and if indoor facilities are used. when outside, masks are not required and completely dependent upon your comfort level

VACCINATION FAQs
1. What shot will be administered?
Either Pfizer or Moderna but will be determined based on availability at the time of the event
2. Where do I go for the follow-up dose?
Second dose appointment will be scheduled during VAXapalooza at Med Station's Glen Head
or Locust Valley locations
3. How long will I need to wait?
After the vaccine is administered, participant should wait 15 minutes in our outdoor waiting room for observation before leaving
4. What do I need to bring?
IDs are required. If you have insurance, please bring your insurance card. If not, a government-issued ID will be accepted. Vaccines are covered by insurances and government HRSA (if without insurance) at absolutely no cost. For those without legal status or are visiting foreigners, a form of ID and an address is needed
5. If I already received one dose, can I come for my second dose?
Yes. You have to bring your CDC Vaccine Card to verify which vaccine you have received and what date you received it. For Moderna it is 28 days after the first dose and Pfizer its 21 days
6. Are you administering booster shots?
Yes, if you are immunocompromised and are at least 28 days post your second vaccine. Guidance on booster shots and the general population are still pending and will not be administered at VAXapalooza.
7. Do I need parental consent?
Under the age of 18 will require parental consent either by having a parent or legal guardian present or by providing a letter of consent.
8. How about Flu shots?
We got 'em! Covid and Flu shots cannot be combined at this time. If further guidance from the CDC and NYs DOH is presented prior to VAXapalooza this may change. Please note - Flu shots will incur a $25 fee for anyone without insurance. Proof of insurance must be presented.
